When performing classical yoga elements, the individual asanas are held longer in order to develop new strength and stability. Of course, I also show aids and give tips for the ideal alignment and execution of the asanas. So every Asana can be learned and practiced in peace during the lessons and also at home.

With different dynamic elements we can also implement different asanas in a flowing sequence. In combination with conscious breathing, the flow effect increases to a meditative state.

With regular practice the well-being improves on the physical, emotional and mental level. I will be happy to show you the way to fascinating dynamic yoga.
