YinYoga is gently meditative and acts mainly on the cooling energy. It is the complement to the dynamic Hatha Yoga, which activates the warming and constructive energy.

Through the long held asanas we go deep into the tissue. The tensions in the shoulder, neck and back that occur in modern professional life are relieved. The beneficial effect of Yin Yoga is comparable to an acupressure massage – the nervous system is stimulated and balanced. Thus the exercises have a stress-reducing and regenerating effect. Body and mind come to rest meditatively.
